Mandatory pre-requesite award for Gold Medallion, Silver Medallion Advanced First Aid and RWC accreditation.

Advanced Resuscitation Techniques is the principal award that provides:

• Application of very-high concentration oxygen mduring resuscitation (ie "The Bag")
• Airway management devices including OP Airway devices and Suction tool
• Detailed Automated External Defibrillators management including checks.

The ARTC award is critical in providing patient care during resuscitation. The ARTC on patrol has principal responsibility to maintain Oxygen equipment and provides advanced patient care during a resuscitation.

Minimum numbers apply for this course. Course will only go ahead with 10+ participants. This course is run by SLS NSW and charged at-cost to Palm Beach Members.
