This year’s patrol leadership day will be on Sunday the 15th of September @ 9am.

The goal of the day is to:

• Provide patrol leadership and mentors with a review of best practices for running patrols at Palm Beach, harnessing the experience of veteran patrolling members to build their and their patrol skillsets

• Complete proficiency for patrol leadership

• Connect patrol leadership with their mentors.

• Enable all our patrol leaders to grow their own skill set in both patrolling and leadership
